When booking a Move In or Move Out cleaning, you can expect a thorough service. This extensive package includes additional tasks like cleaning the interiors of the oven, refrigerator, cabinets, and all windows. The goal of this cleaning is to bring the home back to its original condition, ensuring it is ready for new occupants.
Our cleaners come equipped with their own cleaning tools and supplies. However, if you have any specific products or equipment you prefer to be used, feel free to leave them out for the cleaner. Our cleaners are instructed to disinfect and change all cloths and sponges between services, using separate ones for bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
You can choose to be present during the service, allow the cleaner entry and then leave, or opt to not be present at all. You are also welcome to grant access to your cleaners through a key or lockbox. It's worth noting that our cleaners typically work most efficiently when the house is vacant of people and pets.
We will clean under small objects and light furniture by moving them as necessary. Additionally, we will vacuum or mop under heavy furniture, such as beds and couches. However, we refrain from moving heavy furniture due to the risk of scratching floors. If customers prefer, they are welcome to move furniture for us, but our cleaning teams will not be instructed to do so themselves.
