By accessing or using the services of Urban9 Cleaning Services ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Urban9 Cleaning Services provides professional cleaning services for residential and commercial properties in Ottawa and surrounding areas. Our services include but are not limited to:

  • House Cleaning
  • Office Cleaning
  • Airbnb/Short-term Rental Cleaning
  • Move In/Out Cleaning
  • Construction Cleaning
  • Medical Clinic Cleaning

3. Booking and Scheduling

Booking

Services can be booked through our website, phone, or email. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from our team.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made 24+ hours before the scheduled service: Full refund or reschedule at no charge
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before: 50% of the service fee may apply
  • No-shows or cancellations on the day of service: Full service fee may be charged

4. Pricing and Payment

Quotes

All quotes provided are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may vary based on the actual condition and size of the property.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed. We accept major credit cards, e-transfer, and cash.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours of completion. We will return to address any areas of concern at no additional charge.

5. Access to Property

You agree to:

  • Provide safe and unobstructed access to all areas to be cleaned
  • Secure pets during the cleaning service or inform us in advance
  • Remove valuable items, jewelry, and cash from the property
  • Inform us of any security systems, alarm codes, or special access instructions

6. Liability and Insurance

Insurance Coverage

Urban9 Cleaning Services is fully insured for general liability. In the unlikely event of damage caused by our staff, please report it within 24 hours for investigation.

Limitations

We are not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage or wear and tear
  • Items not properly secured (e.g., loose fixtures)
  • Damage to items of extraordinary value not disclosed in advance
  • Stains or damage that cannot be cleaned due to the nature of the material

7. Our Responsibilities

We commit to:

  • Arriving on time for scheduled appointments
  • Using professional-grade, eco-friendly cleaning products
  • Providing trained, background-checked staff
  • Maintaining confidentiality regarding your property
  • Addressing any concerns promptly and professionally

8. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your property
  • Ensure a safe working environment for our staff
  • Not interfere with our staff during the cleaning process
  • Treat our staff with respect and professionalism

9. Health and Safety

Please inform us of any hazardous materials, mold, pest infestations, or other health concerns before the scheduled service. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service if conditions pose a health risk to our staff.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Urban9 Cleaning Services and is protected by copyright laws.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
